This article aims to describe how Amungme interpret the concept of work and work ethics in view of its culture and how the process works undertaken by Amungme in his involvement in the company of PT. Freeprot Indonesia. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach where researchers try to capture the meaning of work and the work ethic Amungme in the company. The results showed that the formation of the meaning of work it is dependent on how their perceptions about her experiences during the interaction with the various circumstances that exist at the location where they work. This could be explained if our starting point on the premise that the meaning of work that is basically identical to the value that is believed to be someone on the activities of the operation in which these values are acquired and developed from ones experience.
