An important feature of modern society is the priority attention to staff ? leading factors of production, reserve of economic growth and competitiveness. Motivation of the personnel, creating the conditions for its interest in the outcome of the company, development of social partnership becomes an urgent tasks of managers. The article deals with approaches to the formation of the motivation of employees in enterprises, identifying the most important principles and requirements for its formation, presented signs of the effectiveness of existing systems of motivation.
