Themost commonbacteria likely to cause a cystic pneumoniaare Staphylococcusaureus, streptococcuspneumonia and Escherichiacoli. The cystic pulmonary tuberculosis is exceptional and shoulddefinitized be from other cystic lung disease.Wepresent a case report of immunocompetent patient with acute respiratoryfailurePulmonarytuberculosiswithunusualcystic change in an immunocompromised host.
