Abstract
The essence and the main manifestations of the two opposite types of economic agents' behavior (rent-seeking and behavior caused by social capital) have been studied in the article. The causes, preconditions and consequences of each of the types of behavior (taking into account the specific systemic crisis conditions) have been analyzed. Also there have been presented recommendations concerning correction economic agents behavior in order to improve social welfare.
