Instruments of state regulation of employment

Complex of instruments of adjusting of employment and directions of public policy of becoming and development of labour potential of Ukraine was developed in the article. Data, which characterize an unemployment rate and work of government service of employment was collected and analyzed. Also determined, that effective organization of adjusting of employment allows creation of mechanism of adjusting and management of unemployment, providing of balance at the market of labour and increase of employment. In the article were developed recommendation, which directed on increase of efficiency of public policy of employment, using of instruments of provision of balance of interests of government and citizens in relation to satisfying of needs in work.
