Determing the stages of enterprise’s intangible assets management mechanism

Status of eterprises’ intangible assets in Ukraine is analyzed; basic laws of enterprise’s intangible assets management in today's competitive environment are researched; internal and external factors which determine trends of organizational change in the process of intangible assets management are identified; principles of organization and effective functioning of the system of intangible assets management, using of which will help to create objective fundamental basis to form and develop organizational and economic enterprise’s intangible assets management mechanism.
