Abstract
The theoretical basis of investment activity and investment activity jo industrial enterprises in Ukraine are researched. Structure and dynamic of distribution of capital investments of industrial activity in Ukraine for 2010-2014 are considered. The main reasons of investment activity decreasing in Ukrainian economy are identified. The ways of industrial activity improving are characterized.
