Abstract
Workplace Bullying in higher education, being conveyed in this paper is real, heart wrenching, dysfunctional, overlooked by administration [and some employees], malicious and most of all health endangering (i.e. mentally, physically, and emotionally). In addition, for some, even spiritual, meaning their faith waivers and suicidal ideation enhanced. Hence, workplace bullying is crucial and detrimental (Barbour, 2012).
