Contemporary features in the functioning of the mechanism of the enterprise investment activity management

The article is devoted to the justification of functioning of investment management mechanism in the current circumstances on the basis of optimization of the enterprise investment attractiveness. The basic investment process management functions are considered (under the classical theory of management). The mechanism of the investment processes management, which is based on the analysis of the impact of the state and market regulations on the characteristics of the enterprise investment attractiveness, is formed. The essence of the enterprise investment attractiveness as the main economic category of the investigated mechanism is analyzed. In order to optimize the functioning of the investment processes management mechanism, several factors of improving the enterprise investment attractiveness are identified.
