DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING MECHANISMS FOR IMPLEMENTING SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS INTO INDUSTRY

The article highlights the problems of implementing the scientific developments into the industrial production; proposes the ways of improving mechanisms of cooperation between science, education and business with the aim of creating integral balanced system which ensures the necessary level of implementing the results of scientific activities into the industry. Aim of the article is determination and substantiation of the directions for improving mechanisms of cooperation between science, education and business with the aim of creating integral balanced system which ensures the necessary level of implementing the results of scientific activities into the industry. As a result of research the following conclusions were made. Search for the effective ways of integrating science, education and business lasted for the whole period of Ukrainian independence and they have not been found by now. It is necessary to build the scheme “science ? higher educational institution ? production”, which will be improved in the process of implementation; establish effective system of scientific accompaniment of production technologies with the aim of increasing their competitiveness and further stable development. The serious problem of science is even not low level of financing, but absence of demand. Macroeconomic analysis of scientific and technological development showed that the share of new products in GDP in the last years does not exceed 1%, activity of enterprise producing scientific products ? 2.3%. Science was almost excluded from the process of economy reforming and did not provide the necessary scientific connection necessary for activating the factors of economic growth. It is necessary to accelerate the process of considering the draft law about the industrial policy on the Ukrainian territory. This legislative document shall constitute the basis for the support of real sector of economy where instruments and mechanisms of development support will be offered and priorities and preferences will be determined
