Abstract
Modern experience shows the popularity of wooden bearing structures of relatively small spans. As the most effective in terms of the economy and the bearing capacity of the components are modern composite I-beams. This article deals with the current method of structural design for plywood beams, which is given in national standards. Based on this method simple beam is calculated to determine the unknown characteristics of the OSB.
