Etnomanagement as part etnoeconomy

The intensive development of the ethnoeconomy that is a science about features in economic behavior of different groups has been observed recently. Given that management is an essential part of the social reproduction system, the formation and development of the etnomanagement as a main branch of the etnoeсonomy are seemed to be highly relevant. The etnomanagement as a promising scientific field is devoted to the study of various national and ethno-regional models of management and the reproduction process control systems. The ethnic models of management are studied by using the methods of general systems theory and factor analysis. Thus, the article provides the analysis of various national and ethno-regional management models, including the Russian management model; the positive and negative aspects of these models and management systems are identified, and the possibility of using several elements of different national management models in Russian economic conditions is exposed in the article.
