Abstract
In the Soviet Union the construction of standard multistorey panel apartment houses was widespread. Today any of standard series of that time does not meet requirements of the exterior walls thermal resistance. Thereby the problem of energy modernization of this kind of buildings by winterization of external walls gains the increasing relevance. In this article both old and widely known, and new methods of heat insulation are considered, the comparative analysis is carried out and the most effective of them are offered.
