Abstract
There has been growing interest in the role of the gastrointestinal and dietary factors in the therapy and pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD) [1]. We now describe a patient with Parkinsonism who experienced a persistent, dramatic clinical improvement after instituting a vegan diet.
