Innovative Potential and Industrial Enterprises Innovative Activity of Uzbekistan

The article deals with Uzbekistan innovative potential and industrial enterprises innovative activity evaluation. Special attention paid to R&D activities cost items and sources of financing. The article reveals the innovative activity contraining reasons, which were detected during the selective research of industrial enterprises. For the national innovative priorities and implementation mechanisms determination it is offered to create an Innovations and Technology transfer Interagency Coordinative Board and departmental commercialization centers.
