Abstract
The paper proposed a scheme of formation of strategy for environmental responsi- bility of business for industrial enterprises. It is shown that the analyzed strategy is part of the overall development strategy of the enterprise. Highlighted external factors that affect deci- sion-making, and principles of environmental security that allow us to achieve simultaneously improve environmental and economic performance
