The article discusses the aspects of economic aspects of raising funds from the funding, investment and loans to railway sector of transport companies of the countries of Eastern Europe.Currently, all countries of the world actively reinforce the process of econom- ic development to participate in global integration and the elimination of a significant gap with other countries. For fast integration of every country need foreign investment capital. Foreign investment is an important component in the composition of foreign capital in devel- oping countries to accelerate their industrialization, modernization, innovation and interna- tional integration
