? Dashboard and it's Impact on Continuous Improvement - Case Study: (Fuels & Oils Company, Al Manager Industry and Investment Company)

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate Dashboard and its impact in continuous improvement as a case study in fuels and oils, Al Manaseer industry and Investment Company. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of (26) items, to gather the primary data from study sample which consisted (35) managers and employers. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The researcher used many statistical methods to achieve study objectives such as "Multiple linear regression. The main conclusions of the study were: It has been shown that the relative importance of the different principles of dashboard was high and with a mean around (3.94). This confirms also that the relative importance of the continuous improvement has combined high and came with a mean (3. 97). There is a significant impact at level (P ? 0.05) to dashboard on improving operations. There is no significant impact at level (P ? 0.05) to dashboard on improving productions (services). In the light of the results of this study, a set of recommendations were introduced as: 1. The necessity to spread using of dashboard in the researched company. 2. Participating employers' company in specialized training courses about dashboard. 3. The necessity to offer the financial and administrative support; to reach effective of dashboard.
