Abstract
The modern representations of the role of autoimmune inflammation in the pathogenesis of lumbar spondylogenic neurologic syndromes at patients with hernias of intervertebral disks of lumbosacral spine are considered. The theoretical and clinical researches supporting the structural and functional importance of the pathological reorganisations of column with participation of cytokines TNF-α and IL-β; are presented. It is established, that cytokines are markers not only of local inflammatory processes, but also in the system of organism as a whole.
