Abstract
Оsteoarthritis and an arterial hypertensia take of an in the lead position among all diseases of oporno-impellent and cardiovascular systems. The literature review on epidemiology, risk factors, economic expenses and an estimation of quality of a life of patients with osteoarthritis and an accompanying arterial hypertensia is presented. The especial attention was given to disability the population and deterioration of quality of a life of patients with combination the given conditions. Last data of epidemiological researches on prevalence osteoarthritis and an arterial hypertensia are cited.
