An Overview on Management from a Quranic Viewpoint, Considering the Entire Quran(Guidelines for Nurse Managers,)

Abstract
Background and Aims: One of the most important factors affecting each community is the management and leadership. Quranic and Islamic Management is the best form of management. Nursing management can solve many problems in the workplace by applying the principles of Islamic management. Considering the management importance, especially in nursing field, an overview of the most important Quranic criteria for the management? was discussed.
Materials and Methods: In this narrative review study, after searching in the Islamic databases, the number of 10 articles, which surveyed in Quranic management features , were completely studied, then the manager roles and duties is presented from a Quranic viewpoint.
Results: According to the Quran viewpoint, a manager must have many features in his management approach. Personal and managerial characteristics and organizational management indicators are the most important criteria in the Holy Quran.
Conclusion:If nurses, apply the Quranic managerial guidelines in the management areas ,the existing gaps and problems would be disappeared and this leads to improvement in quality of health services.
