Abstract
Enzymes are act as biological catalysts. They participate a very important function in the utility of cells and activates of an organism. Enzymes are soluble in water and dilute alcohol concentrated alcohol concentrated alcohol precipitates them. Enzymes activity is reduced by formaldehyde, free iodine, heavy metals and tannins. Proteins are compound nitrogenous organic substances of plant and animal derivation. They are of great importance in the functioning of living cells. They are produced by and associated with living matter. In animals they are present as structural material in the form of collagen keratin, casein and plasma proteins. Here we described the enzymes and protein containing crude drugs.
