The data of the study were analyzed by calculating the percentage (%) and frequency (f) values and the Chi-Square test was applied in order to determine whether or not the variable of the number of children caused a difference on toy preferences of mothers. As a result of the study, it was determined that the toy preference of the mothers showed a difference in terms of the state of buying and not buying toys and the reasons of not buying toys according to the variable of the number of children; on the other hand, it showed no significant difference in terms of the purpose of buying toys and the basic features considered while buying toys.
