Abstract
There was provided the analysis of variants of the karyotype of the Shereshevsky-Terner's syndrome in the Kharkiv subpopulation. In the estimation of phenotypic peculiarities of the women with regular form of monosomy X, with structural anomalies of X-chromosome and mosaic form with the normal clone of cells 46 XX there was detected that the third group of the women was the least of all loaded by pathological signs (mosaic forms with the normal clone of cells). It means that the normal cells partially compensate for genetic misbalance but there is no the direct connection between correlation of normal and pathological clones for prognosis of difficulty of disease.
