Abstract
The article presents a review of literature dealing with modern data about the phenotypic features and biochemical markers of undifferentiated dysplasia of connective tissue of kidneys at newborns. The determi-nation of metabolic condition of collagen type IV promotes the ability to prevent further development of the pathology. That's why diagnostics at neonatal period is necessary.
