Abstract
There were observed in out-patient department 20 male patients of 2 cole mines in Donbass with arterial hypertension, 10 of them are miners in age of 46±6 years and 10 of surface professions in age of 47±11. Clinical characteristics and level of systolic and diastolic arterial pressure after the month therapy with nebivolol with daily dose 5 mg were examined. The results showed that nebivolol with daily dose 5 mg is equally effective in miners and in those with surface professions with arterial hypertension and that is why it can be used to control arterial pressure in miners.
