An Overview On Expertness Practices In Art History In The Context Of The Expertness Draft Law /// Bilirkişilik Kanun Tasarısı Bağlamında Sanat Tarihi’nde Bilirkişilik Uygulamalarına Genel Bakış

The relevant articles of the Expertness Draft Law that is about to become a law were attempted to be assessed from the eyes of Art History Experts. Positive and negative opinions on practice are observed from time to time, namely in Archeology, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Geology, Mining, Geography, Traffic and Forensic Science. The articles of the law that are not assessed here were left to legal people without prejudice to them. The Republic of Turkey Ministry of Justice wants to solve the problem of expertness, which has become chronic and about which each party complains this way or the other, with the draft law consisting of 56 articles.] [TR= Yasalaşma yolundaki Bilirkişilik Kanun Tasarısı'nın ilgili maddeleri, Sanat Tarihçi Bilirkişi gözüyle değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Uygulamaya yönelik olumlu ve olumsuz görüşler, sözgelimi Arkeolojide, Mimarlıkta, İnşaat Mühendisliği'nde, Jeoloji, Maden, Coğrafya alanlarında, Trafik alanında, Adlî Tıpta da zaman zaman gözlenmektedir. Burada değerlendirilmeyen hukuk maddeleri saklı kalmak şartıyla hukuk insanlarına bırakılmıştır. T.C. Adalet Bakanlığı, kronikleştiği ve tüm tarafların bir şekilde şikâyetçi olduğu bilirkişilik problemini, 56 maddelik kanun tasarısıyla çözmek istemektedir.
