Abstract

The complex study of the main indices of immune homeostasis of 130 patients with non-proliferative form of diabetic retinopathy was performed. It was determined, that diabetic retinopathy is accompanied with the impairments of cellular and humoral immunity with the lymphocytes and phagocytes metabolism change and development of autoimmune and immunocomplex responses to eye autoantigens.
