Some Records On Portable Tangible Cultural Heritage Of Aegean Region In 16th and 17th Century Kadi’s Books /// 16 ve 17. Yüzyıl İstanbul Kadı Defterlerinden Ege Yöresi’nin Taşınabilir Maddi Kültür Varlıklarıyla İlgili Bazı Kayıtlar

Extant cultural property goods, belong to the Ottoman court and its environment from the 16th and 17th centuries, are kept in the museums and collections. The pieces which were used out of the Ottoman court are rare and questionable. Research on these pieces is in need of using the written and visual sources. One of the written sources is Official Ottoman Judge Records which consist of some decisions or rules related to social life as well as inherited property. These records which were deriven from the harmony of the rules of the Ottoman Law give us an opportunity to carry out a thorough observation on ethnographical goods which were used out of the court. The goods listed among decisions offering some knowledge about the inheritage property enable us to find out the existence, variations, types of hand craft products such as hand woven fabrics, weavings, carpets, kilims, felt and leader work. Ottomans ruled a vast empire with settlements on Asia, Africa and Europe which indicates a rich cultural property. This cultural property widespread over of the Ottoman geography might be classified regarding to their production centers such as Aegean Environs, Marmara Environs, and Anatolian Environs etc. One of these production centers is Aegean Environs. In this article my aim is to point out some examples of cultural property of Aegean Environs which were documented in the official Judge records of Istanbul called İstanbul Mahkemesi Kadı Defterleri ( Qadi Registers) recently prepared and published by İslam Araştırmaları Merkezi (İSAM ) and 2010 Avrupa Kültür Başkenti Ajansı. In an attempt to make a modest contrıbution to the cultural property belonging to Aegean Environs here I want to bring to light some documented pieces from the Classical Period and try to attract the deserved attention to them.]]] [[[TR= Bu makalede kısa bir süre önce İslam Araştırmaları Merkezi (İSAM ) ve 2010 Avrupa Kültür Başkenti Ajansı tarafından hazırlanarak yayınlanan İstanbul Mahkemesi Kadı Defterleri adlı eser kapsamında yer alan İstanbul'a ait resmî mahkeme kayıtlarında belgelenmiş Ege Yöresine ait bazı taşınabilir kültür varlıklarına dikkati çekmektir. Ege Yöresine ait taşınabilir kültür varlıklarına yönelik çalışmalara katkıda bulunulması, Osmanlı Klasik dönemine ait belgelenmiş taşınabilir kültür varlıklarına ışık tutulması ve hak ettikleri dikkatin üzerlerine çekilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
