RELIGION AND MYSTIC CONSEPTS IN KARACAOGLAN’S POETRY / KARACAOĞLAN’IN ŞİİRLERİNDE DİNÎ VE TASAVVÛFÎ KAVRAMLAR

Abstract
Karacaoglan one of the most important 17th-century minstrels; many studies about, the scientific publication sand said thatal though the poems be talked about as a folk poet could not have precise information about his life. Researchers say, poetlived the Taurus Mountainsand southern Anatolia, particularly Adana, Maraş, around Antep but he alsocould be lived in Kırşehir, Kilis and in Rumelia. Karacaoglan between the poetry of poets around 500 people has a great reputation. Utterance and feature expertly using local elements with plain language in his poetry stands out. Karacaoglan's dominant feature in the poetry is to express with great sincerity the beauty of the poet, the love of the lover that is in love with the outside world and especially everywhere he goes. Karacaoglan also has the ability to say extreme, which is one of the most prominent features of the literature of love in a level that many popular poems can not reach. Karacaoglan also speaks with a simple language and has the ability to skillfully use local elements. Although alleged to have given very little space forreligious motives in his poetry. In this study, we seet hat he used many religious words, notion sand motives. Though not as mysticpoets; Karacaoğlan, has committed God, angels, books, the Koran, the prophet, hereafter, death, heaven, helland Sırât such words and concepts in his poetry. In this our study, we will discuss and explain Karacaoğlan's poems one by one and examine how he used these religious concepts.
