Abstract
In paper the refined mathematical model of the automated control system with multi-component dosing liquid components of the process of preparation of aircrete is offered. When developing this model, features of the actuators (two and three-position flaps), dependencies of flow dynamics of weighed components from the dosator hopper geometry, the dependencies feedback signal from the effort, which generated by the flow properties of the components and weight sensors were taken into account. Refined based models allow us to more accurately assess the weight of the components recruited in the dosator hopper and the exhaust velocity components from the supply tank. The developed model will improve the adequacy of the computer model and improve the quality of automated control of the process.
