Abstract
The article presents the developed scientific-methodical approach to assessing the level of the enterprise personnel support for the innovation-related decisions. The approach is based on the initial support of the decisions by a collective’s individual, the tendency of the group’s members to conform and authority of the team members in each other's eyes, and also on the account of changes in the support level for the decision after the information exchange within the team. The approach allows more accurate assessing of the decision support level in the team and can be the base for decision-making in the sphere of minimizing the personnel resistance to innovations in enterprises or other organizational changes.
