Public-private partnership: ways of improvement the promising legislation

On the basis of the conducted analysis of the Donetsk People’s Republic administration bill ?About public-private partnership? certain discrepancies concerning defining the concepts, tasks, objectives, principles, objects and forms of such partnership, the scope of private partners and other, are exposed. Taking into account the positive experience of other countries in the setting relations in the field of pubic-private partnership, the suggestions on the improvement of the given administration bill were substantiated.
