A RESEARCH ON RESOURCES USED İN WORKMEN SELECTİON: BARTIN SAMPLE

Necessity of workmen has to be determine correctly and completely for efficient and plentiful working of firms. Not only economic resources but also workmen's knowledge and abilities affect firms' accomplishment. It is important to choose correct workmen to provide continuity of a firm. Chosen workmen must adopt firm's goals and must be expert and effective on their fields. The aim of the reading is determining both the sources which are used by different firms to choose workmen and differences between used sources. In the scope of research datas, which had been got from 45 firms through the methods of interview and survey, had been evaluated. As a result of research, it had been determined that methods for choosing workmen do not cause a significant difference based on field of activity and whether there is a web page of firm or not. However, a significant difference had been found between used methods for choosing workmen and activity period of firm.
