ON THE ISSUE OF ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF CREATIVE APPROACH AT TEACHING LAW DISCIPLINES

The article focuses on a role of teacher in law institute within educational process under the conditions of higher education system being reformed. The thesis is proved concerning that solving issues of law education is possible only on the basis of qualitative teaching associated with development of creative teaching methodologies to overcome stereotypes and formality within education process. As the results of scientific research and practical and pedagogical experience of the author, the methods and ways to conduct lessons are suggested.
