Abstract
The article explains the notion of bachelors' personal readiness to extracurricular self-guided work as a complex of interconnected features: motivation level for cognitive activity; self-determination of aims, important for extracurricular work; level of need for self-education. The result of formed personal readiness to self-guided educational activity is student's independence, characterized as critical, effective and explorative level of bachelors' independence within the process of extracurricular work.
