Problem setting. Ukraine is one of the leading countries exporting IT products in Europe. However, imperfections of the present legislation significantly slows down the development of public relations in the IT sector, in particular, the procedure of making employment contracts with employees is out-of-date. Analysis of recent researches and publications. At present, in Ukraine there are no researches in the field of employment contracts in electronic form, particularly in the IT sector. There are only general researches of the concept ?teleworking?. The works by Y. V. Svichkariova, A. M. Kolot, O. A. Grishnova, V. M. Danyuk, M. I. Karlin, O. I. Kyseliova, V. P. Kohan, I. I. Motorna, V. A. Savchenko are devoted to that problem. Target of research. The purpose of this work is to carry out general research and analysis of the legal problems of an employment contracts with remote employees in electronic form. Article's main body. In his work, the author proves that the introduction of electronic circulation in the area of labor law, including remote IT workers will lead to positive results in terms of simplification of procedures for an employment contract. Also, the author refers to the existing in Ukraine statutory acts concerning the question under study and offers their improvement. Conclusions and prospects for the development. It is advisable to allocate the term ?telecommuting? in law i.e. telecommuting is such type of work, the application of which the employees can perform their work oroutside the workplace or partly in the workplace and elsewhere. The essential condition for the application of remote work is the use of various electronic means of communication: the Internet, telephone, fax, etc. A separate article should consolidate the features of an employment contract with a remote employee, namely: “The employment contract of teleworking and the modification of certain terms of the employment agreement on teleworking can be arranged through the exchange of electronic documents, in case the contracting parties have digital signature”.
