METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO AUTOMATION OF CONSOLIDATED ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS’ ACTIVITY

The methodology of performance assessment of automated processes of organizational systems' activity, consolidated on the basis of integrated control system, is considered. The methodology is aimed at application of control systems at the project stage to reduce the risk of developing non-effective project solutions. The aim is achieved due to introduction of innovative four-stage system of performance indices into the methodology.
