Abstract

The actual character of this paper is based on the fact that conducted research on the cycles at the different telecommunications departments are almost not reflected in the specialized literature. The comparative total study of CC operators' health was conducted. The physiological study of CNS, VNS, NMS was carried out 4 times: at the beginning; after 2 working hours, before the dinner and 20-30 min to the finish of a working cycle. It was revealed that the modifications of the VNS confirm the fact of gradual decrease in adaptation degree (SI), which can be considered as tiredness. The biochemical study confirmed the dynamics of physiological deviations. The comparative characteristics of the visible analyzator show that all operations proceed very tense (CC). The modifications of audible analyzator at CC operators had character that is more favourable. The professiogram demonstrated that CC operators work in a stabile favourable regime for dynamical stereotype formation: 8-hour shift work; the work is connected with the textual material rich in figures; they constantly look to the direction “screen ? keyboard ? document”. IS operators work in a closed cycle (4 working days and 2 free days) at the 2 and 3 tures and 8 hours a day, talking with call recipients, they use the telephone's garniture, this fact lead to excessive exploitation of ear. The chronometrage showed that in their work CC operators use a definite volume of information.
