ECOLOGICAL EDUCATION, EDUCATION AND PROMOTION IN THE MODERN RUSSIAN FEDERATION: CULTURAL AND POLITICAL - IDEOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

In this article the perspective of development of system of ecological education, education and promotion in modern Russia is considered. The priority attention is paid to the main goal-setting approaches to ecoeducation optimization, its levels, the principles and the directions, essence and specifics of ecoeducation, and also interrelation of an environmentalization of public consciousness and ecological promotion.
