Abstract
To know the importance of the smart city and to transform a division of Vijayawada municipality to the smart ward by using advanced technologies. Methods/Analysis: The paper aim is to study about the uses of the smart ward in multiple ways for efficient usage of renewable resources and to analyze suitable techniques to change 23rd ward as mart ward. Identifying techniques for old systems in the ward, finding out the parameters in whole development to make a smart ward apply them in a suitable manner to increase efficiency. Findings: By analyzing 23rd ward, various methods and techniques are suitable to adopt, by comparing existing methods with new systems in various sectors such as energy (LED'S), water metering, solid waste management Grey water management, e-governance, rainwater harvesting, financial inclusion, rating for wards.
