Abstract
The article refines meaning of the notion of “social resources of an enterprise” and defines its general and specific features comparatively with the notion of “social capital”. The article identifies the kinds of social resources of an enterprise including: motivational, intellectual, informational, communicative, socio-psychological, competitive, demographic, socio-ecological, activity-based, organizational, managerial, innovational ones etc. The article describes peculiarities of these features.
