Abstract
The article is devoted the value of industrial enterprises in forming and development of investment activity of Ukraine. The different theoretical going is certain near interpretation of concept ?Investment activity?. It is certain that under investment activity of enterprise it is necessary to understand intensity of investment activity of enterprise, which is related to achievement of the put purpose. Consisting of investment activity of industrial enterprises is analysed of Ukraine and factors which reduce its level are certain. Offered direction on the improvement of investment climate in Ukraine.
