Abstract
Currently the questions of optimal control the symptoms in Parkinson's disease is relevant due to the high prevalence of the disease and the development of first symptoms predominantly in the age range 40-60 years. This age range is characterized by a wide spectrum of chronic diseases, among which cerebrovascular pathology is dominated. This article presents an analysis of the data of clinical and neurological examination, and the results of brain imaging in patients with Parkinson's disease and comorbid chronic cerebrovascular pathology (CCCP). The obtained results confirm the tendency to aggravation of the main symptoms in Parkinson's disease on the background of comorbid cerebrovascular pathology, corresponding to foreign studies.
