Abstract

The article is a theoretical review of the main approaches to teaching "German (for professional purposes)” in agricultural universities: professionally oriented education, experiential-interactive learning and content-based second language instruction. We analyze the combination of experiential and interactive approach to learning that form one experiential-interactive approach. We also consider the interactive learning in the interaction with the cooperativ language learning. The main educational activities for the formation of a German professionally oriented competence in reading as "case method", discussion, presentation and professional portfolio.
