Abstract
Mankind was able to defeat the plague and smallpox, but the problem of tuberculosis infection remains valid today. It is known that a particular role in the development of chronic diseases, and played by the interaction of macrophages and fibroblasts, thus causing sclerotic processes, which significantly worsen the prognosis of the disease. Therefore, this article is dedicated to the study of macrophage activity and the degree of sclerotic processes in the lungs when fibro-cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis.
