Abstract
Complications of current long-term pulmonary tuberculosis is no less urgent problem than uncomplicated TB. It is often the accession of secondary infection, which occurs on the basis of reducing immune reactivity. This article is devoted to the study of the distribution of the number of macrophages and their level of functional activity in the areas of impaired pulmonary architectonics with fibro-cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis.
