Abstract
Histological analysis of the biopsy material is one of the most important methods for diagnosis of tuberculous lesions. However, the accuracy of this method is quite low - only a third of patients are detected for caseating granuloma as specific sign of tuberculosis. This relatively low level of diagnostic accuracy can be associated with the wrong definition of the lesion location that leads to erroneous choice of the place of biopsy realizing. In this case biopsy method is extremely important. Therefore the aim of this study is to identify the line of reliable signs of tuberculosis, depending on the biopsy method.
