Abstract
We report here a case of a 13 year old boy of takayasu arteritis of abdominal aorta andrenal arteries presented with secondary hyperaldosteronism with metabolic alkalosis andhypokalemia and tetany.This case is interesting as it is very rare presentation of takayasu arteritis.
