Abstract
The diagnosis of kidney cell carcinoma is made on the basis of MRI and biopsy, but these methods are invasive. In this article we investigate oncomarkers, which can be used for early diagnosis kidney cell carcinoma. These oncomarkers include aquaporin-1 and perilipin-2, microRNA, antagonists of the Wnt-signaling pathway, of which aquaporin-1 and perilipin-2 are more effective than the rest (Sensitivity:95% Specificity:91%).
